In a new international study in collaboration with the University of Haifa, Dr. Teddy Lazebnik and Prof. Anna Zamansky from the Department of Information Systems, alongside Dr. Brittany Florkiewicz from Lyon College, sought to examine how social context and gender composition in cat dyads influence physical proximity patterns during face-to-face communication. Furthermore, the researchers investigated whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can be utilized to analyze these interactions with high precision and systematic consistency.
