Prof. Arin Salamah-Qudsi is a Professor of Arabic and Islamic Studies in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Haifa. Her research focuses on Islamic thought and intellectual history, gender and women in religious traditions, and the social, cultural, and religious dynamics of Muslim societies. Her scholarship also encompasses Sufism, including Islamic mysticism, religious literature, and the role of women in spiritual and religious life.

Prof. Salamah-Qudsi served as Chair of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the University of Haifa from 2020 to 2023. She is also the University of Haifa's Institutional Commissioner for the Council for Higher Education's (CHE/VATAT) Inclusive Excellence Policy.

Prof. Salamah-Qudsi is the recipient of the prestigious Maof Fellowship (2011), awarded by the Council for Higher Education.

As Commissioner for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she works tirelessly to advance an inclusive and equitable campus environment where all members of the university's diverse community feel respected, valued, and empowered to succeed. Through her leadership, she promotes equal opportunity, belonging, and academic excellence for students, faculty, and staff from all backgrounds.
