He holds a B.Sc. and an MBA from the Technion \u2013 Israel Institute of Technology, and a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia.  Prior to his academic career, he held various positions in industry, including Operations Manager at the software company Jacada.\n<p><br>\nHis research interests include information management, Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), knowledge management, social informatics and a variety of research methodologies ranging from design science to behavioral research.\n<p><br>\nProf.  Arazy\u2019s work has been published in the premier journals in the field of Information Systems, including MIS Quarterly (MISQ), Information Systems Research (ISR), Journal of MIS (JMIS), Journal of the AIS (JAIS), and others. His 2010 article won the Best Information Systems Publication of the Year award.
